TRANSPORT
We rely on specialized couriers and by purchasing, you have the possibility to receive the product directly at your store or at your home, in the time and methods accepted during the order process. Each order can be traced for greater transparency and security.

DELIVERY
Our company will organize the transport of the products to the address indicated in the order. We will deliver the purchased Products compatibly with the accessibility of the place of delivery. The Products will be delivered on the date chosen by the recipient during the telephone appointment with the courier. If not explicitly agreed, delivery requires the presence of the consignee or his representative at the address indicated in the order.

HOW TO RECEIVE THE GOODS
Upon delivery of the goods, the consignee or the person appointed by the latter, will be required to check that the packaging is intact, undamaged or otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging and/or the Products must be immediately challenged by the consignee, by placing a written control reservation on the Carrier's delivery document and specifying the reason for the reservation (by way of example, "broken packaging", "Tampered packaging". For any anomalies found on the Products, other than those due to the physiological deterioration of the food products or the mere imperfection of the packaging, the consignee may however contact the Company by writing to info@tradizionevoluzione.com, specifying the anomaly and documenting it with photographic material. The Company undertakes to execute the order in good faith and to fulfil, or ensure that they are fulfilled, with the utmost diligence all the obligations herein established in the spirit of solidarity and self-organization that characterizes and must characterize all the activities and services offered. The Company will not responsable for any delays that may occur during transportation. Likewise, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, wrong or non-delivery caused by events and/or causes of force majeure or fortuitous events, such as, but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as heavy snowfall), any strikes (of its own or other employees), accidents to means of transport, explosions or any other cause, similar or different, occurred outside the Company's control and not attributable to it, even pre-existing, that prevents or aggravates the total or partial execution of the contract.
