Baking Line - Apulian Scaldatelli

Our passion for food in the canned food sector has pushed us to specialize also in the production of high-quality baked goods, strictly handmade, respecting the original Apulian recipes. Our products are made with extreme care, paying the utmost attention to the production process, from the choice of ingredients such as flour, extra virgin olive oil, wine, and spices strictly from our territory, until you get to the finished product

These are the steps for our production processing:

• We knead with the ingredients, following the ancient traditional recipe of Cerignola.
• We let the dough rest;
• We give them different shape, by hand, every single scaldatello;
• We boil the Scaldatelliso as to prolong their preservation and to give them the classic friability;
• After drying them, we continue cooking in the oven at 180°;
• Once cooled, we move on to the packaging phase.
