The Origins

Sir Gianfranco Iaculli, made up the TRADIZIONEVOLUZIONE company. His family, before with his grandfather Domenico and then with his father Antonio, already had his own company started in 1990. Thanks to Sir Gianfranco new ideas, the productive processes have been improved and the position on the italian market, too.

The Beginnings

Then, in 2006, Sir Iaculli started his own company, the Tradizionevoluzione, located in a small town in the north of Apulia, called Cerignola, with his ambitious project to promote and share the typical MADE IN PUGLIA enogastronomy valuing just high quality selected raw materials. Our brand is characterized by two important words that, at the same time, are our strengths: “Tradizione” that means unique and traditional followed by “Evoluzione” that means create new receipts and new ideas to ensure, always, the best value of money, thanks to our market knowledge and cutting-edge technologies.

Today

In spide of many Apulian companies work in the canned food sector, we ensure the best value for money, thanks to the richness of our land, the Tavoliere delle Puglie, very developed in the local rural sector and in the fresh product processing, always respecting the natural cycle of the seasons.
Our product line is full of items, but we are always working to make it larger with new lines and new projects. In fact, during the last years, we decided to complete our typical line with a new one, the Gran Gourmet in extra virgin olive oil, characterized by a particular brand and packaging, with new recipes and new processing following always our company philosophy and its perfect value for money.
